Michaelston-le-Pit Community Council represents the two small neighbouring villages of Michaelston-le-Pit and Leckwith. Both are situated at the Eastern end of the Vale of Glamorgan between Cardiff and Dinas Powys.

The villages are in the Cwrt-yr-Ala Special Landscape Area, an ancient and unchanged rural area bounded by Dinas Powys, Wenvoe and Ely, and yet only 15 minutes' drive from Cardiff city and the M4.

Our Council is keen to communicate effectively with everyone living inside our boundaries and with anyone interested in our community and its concerns.
